2/23/2011	We also discuss the truck wash sanitary sewer connection, which was due March 1, 2011. He said he'd been working on. He said he would have to bore in from the east this spring. He asked for a time extension. I granted him until May 1, 2011.	BILL GROSS
2/23/2011	I visited the truck wash area and found a couple patches of oil/grease soaked gravel on the north side of the building. I saw little staining around the fueling area on the south side, however. The were placing the nozzle into a metal drum to capture drippage when not in use. I also visited the maintenance garage to the west. There was some soil staining in a couple spots on the west side and there was used oil residue on the ground around the above ground storage age tank on the east side. The tank apparently overflowed in the past. I met with Al irey. He agreed to scrape up the stained areas and to instruct employees to refrain from oil dumping. He said a disgruntled employee likely made the complaint. I am sending an email to Al asking him to let me know when this is addressed (attached).	BILL GROSS
