8/24/2010	I contacted Dave Mooney by phone on 8/24/10 and discussed the complaint. He will check out site immediately and will work with the hauling crews to get the site cleaned up. He noted that there are certain days of the week that the ccc sites may have more litter blowing around than other days depending on the hauling schedule. I also asked him to make sure the hauling crews check out all the other ccc locations in Allamakee county and make sure that any litter is cleaned up at those locations as well.	DOUG HAWKER
