7/16/2010	Derner was irrigating open feedot effluent from east side of the road. An irrigator was being used and the gun/sprinkler on the end of the irrigator sprayed some on the road. Mr. Derner said that the liquid was water only, but cattle are present on the east side of the road. Mr. Derner said he would alter the sprinkler on the end of the irrigator so that no effluent is sprayed on the road. Field was in NMP. I told him that he needed to keep manure application records and apply according to NMP.	BRANDON MINER
