4/26/2022	The open feedlot had manure running from the SE corner into the road ditch. I followed the manure flow east down the ditch and it eventually dried up / disappeared. There were no observed tile intakes. If a strong enough rain happens it appeared the flow would go east in the ditch and then north into the field on the east side of the open pens. There was no observed water quality violation resulting from this. I called O'Brien County secondary roads and let them know about the complaint in case they had any rules prohibiting it.
