7/17/2017	Plant staff did not find a spill of material or likely source from their operations. The stormwater pond's outlet valve was closed and remains closed until the pond can be cleaned out. Contracting issues with Kraft have prevented a full clean-out of the pond but the substance has naturally degraded in the water and there is no longer an odor. The pond valve will remain closed unless a large rain event fills the pond. See attached report for more details.	DANIEL WATTERSON
