9/10/2020	I traced the discoloration coming from runoff at the Winneshiek Landfill. I spoke with the operator , TJ Schissel, and we observed a few areas of runoff coming from the working face. I requested a copy of the SWPPP. I mentioned to him I will review the plan and contact him in regards potential violations.	BRETT MEYERS
