3/4/2024	On Monday, March 4 2024, I walked with Ryan Mitchell, Contact for Loess Hills. He stated that they are aware of the current litter issue and have brought in additional pickers to help clean up the wind blown litter. Additionally, they have implemented a stricter tarping rule for all trucks coming in and out of the landfill to try and minimize litter.	JOHN BAKER
