4/27/2022	Remaining portion of initial complaint: It’s actually an issue with the management of the waste. The waste is not being covered in the evening. When the wind picks up it blows everywhere. There own dumpsters outside the landfill sit un covered. I have made suggestions that a taller fence should be erected, that the trash should be covered daily and that the landfill should shut down when High Winds are predicted. We are concerned with the waste and water quality in the area. Livestock and animals eating the trash. Vehicles being damaged by flying debris. I feel it is time to resolve these issues, not by having crews doing clean up. I feel a more permeant fix is in order. The city of Malvern and County of Mills is affected by this waste. I feel a field inspection and plan should be put in place to resolve the issues being created by mismanagement of the landfill.	JESSICA MONTANA
