12/10/2020	12/7/20 - Met with Bob Keller about the complaint. He indicated that the one barn burned down about 8 weeks ago, all the chickens were burned up along with most of the building. He got a contractor to clean up the site. He talked to Tom Wuehr of the DNR Air Quality about asbestos removal. He recycled the tin to Alter Recycle. He got Tyler Wisecup to get rid of the manure which had a mix of ash and metal in it. They didn't feel safe spreading it on a field with the metal in it. The issue here is that Tyler tried to bury this material, 1/2 mile to the NE on the other side of the rode in a pasture area (low lining area) - got approval from the land owner. See complaint #29024 After the manure mixed material was removed, there was some ash and wood material that didn’t burn up which was buried (8 feet wide and 8 ft deep) about 100 feet to the SE of the building. Told Bob that since he did bury the material on site, he needed to report this on the water hazard report for the site. Bob was getting an inspection done on the cement and will be rebuilding the building. Same building.	JEFF THEOBALD
