8/3/2018	I drove through the area on 8/2/18 and observed the location of the spill on Highway 17. The poultry litter had been cleaned up, but the road was stained and strong odors were prevalent. No further action.	BRYAN BUNTON
8/1/2018	Prior to the complaint, I received a courtesy call from Joel Unknen who indicated that they had spilled chicken manure along Highway 17 near 146th Avenue. They were bringing in a skid loader and would have it cleaned up within the next 15 minutes.	BRYAN BUNTON
