10/11/2016	Manure pile was located in field off of 285th street. Small amount of runoff was observed but did not reach water source or tile intakes. Appears to meet separation distance requirements for dry manure storage. Will do desktops for all three of Ken Moeller's facilities and schedule inspection.	BRETT MEYERS
