10/1/2018	I drove by the site and confirmed that the required landscaping is not in place. The initial construction does have some landscaping planted; there is a row of shrubs and a few evergreens in a second row and no third row. No planting was noted in front the most recent construction. I emailed Craig Rowles regarding the matter and he acknowledged this issue. He further noted that they have struggled to grow in the area and complete additional plantings this fall.	JEREMY KLATT
