10/10/2013	As stockpile location was unknown, visited Bar K Carmel site (ID #57946) on 9/19/13 to investigate. No evidence of discharge from existing stockpiles at this site; therefore, it is assumed that complainant was referring to the K&D Feedyards site (ID #60404). Discharge from stockpile at K&D site was previously documented and referral is being drafted.	SHEILA KENNY
