6/4/2019	basin was still discharging but not quite reaching creek. Jeremy noticed it at 7:48 am and they did not call it in. they have placed 10 loads of roak to get irrigator to run in the pivot tracks. The field is not planted yet. the irrigator will run 700 to 800 gpm. They started it and it will lower basin about an inch per day.	LOIS BENSON
