11/3/2014	I met with the owner Kyle Stone and foreman Sean Murray. We walked to the southwest side of the yard and found that builings had been torn down and demolition wastes (mainly wood) was being open burned on two piles. They indicated that they did not know that burning lumber was illegal. They agreed to let these relatively small piles burn out and to refrain from further burning. I told them to take any other waste to the Newton Sanitary Landfill. See attached letter and photos.	BILL GROSS
