6/9/2021	I visited the site and met with the new manager Noah Hovell. He showed me equipment on-site. I did not see a track-hoe and I did not see evidence of fluids draining onto the ground. Mr. Hovell said the complaint was from a fired former employee. I did see oil stains mainly on concrete at the east end where metal filing were stored and at the above ground fuel tank where equipment is fueled. I did not see evidence of spillage onto soil or runoff from the concrete. I had seen this previously and reminded Noah to take measures to minimize spillage and to keep it all on concrete. We then briefly went over the stormwater pollution prevention plan. He had an annual inspection form. I reminded him to keep inspection records and to perform best management practices.	BILL GROSS
