2/12/2021	I visited the site and met with VP Jeff Holmes. We walked the active portion of the site and examined the appliance demanufacturing operation indoors. Outside there was snow cover so I was unable to see everything. The active area with the metal baler had no significant evidence of contamination or runoff. Mr. Holmes said they do dump rain water out of the some of the metal totes, but not oil. I told him to place oil-dry over the dumped liquid to ensure that residual oil is absorbed. i reminded him of the annual site inspections for stormwwater. Inside, the appliance demanufacturing area was heated. I could not see their marking on finished appliances, though they do bale them on-site. Mr. Holmes agreed to make sure this is done. I checked the appliance component storage area and found no absorbent at the bottom of the capacitor container, and there was no label on it. I reviewed ADP requirements with staff and told them we would be inspecting them.	BILL GROSS
