7/29/2019	I met with the operations manger Kevin Wherry and we examined the insides of buildings where appliance demanufacturing takes place and outside where metal recycling occurs. I saw no clear evidence of on-going dumping or runoff. The appliance demanufacturing area had a significant quantity of non-PCB capacitors and ballasts. Mr. Wherry agreed to properly dispose of them soon. A cursory inspection of the ADP operation otherwise indicated that there are no significant compliance issues. [Mr. Wherry said that he just fired a maintenance person and thought he was filed the complaint.]	BILL GROSS
