10/15/2018	I met with the office manager Carla and went out to the yard. A wood cable spool was being burned. The worker and Carla said they did not know they could not burn on-site. I told them that A-Line was fined previously for open burning at this site. They agreed to not burn anymore. I instructed her to educate all workers about open burning regulations.	BILL GROSS
