10/22/2018	i visited the facility and met with manager Kevin Wherry. There was no open burning taking place. We checked the heating barrels and found only wood ashes. Cable was being cut up into smaller pieces for processing off-site. I saw no sign of other burning. Mr. Wherry did report that they started up an indoor furnace over the weekend and some paint may have burned off the new unit at that time.	BILL GROSS
