2/2/2017	I emailed a copy of the NOV letter and photos to the complainant.	BILL GROSS
2/2/2017	I called Bill Schmitt at the AO Chantland RRC in Ames. He said they did bring some material to A-Line some time ago.	BILL GROSS
2/2/2017	I called Julia Stone and informed her of my findings and that a fine is likely. I emailed her my 2014 NOV.	BILL GROSS
2/2/2017	I met with James Heimbuck, et al. and saw evidence of open burning at the southwest end of the property. There was charred metal and wood spools, along with ashes. I also saw a couple large piles of what appeared to be garbage at the east end of the site. I was told this was from the City of Ames waste processing operation. I took photos.	BILL GROSS
