11/5/2014	Investigated complaint on 11/3/14 and met with Facility Manager Barry Root. Mr. Root provided the compost log book with specific entries regarding testing and compost turning. Information is now being entered into a spreadsheet and graphed which allows for improvements in interpreting data. Compost and waste stream timelines appear to be met and accurately implemented. I did not determine any issues regarding non-compliance with the facility's operation plan. No issues of non-compliance were determined regarding site observations/site activity. Odor from the facility was not terribly strong or abnormal. One row of compost was planned to be turned the day of my visit. Wind was strong (15-25 mph) out of the south. Wastewater from the ponds was being land applied to a field approximately 1/2 miles west of the main facility. No issues were observed regarding land application. No further action regarding this complaint.	BRIAN LEE
