7/15/2011	Called facility manager Richard Swan and advised him we had received a complaint. He reported they were turning rows yesterday until about 4:30. They were also pumping out of the middle lagoon and spray irrigating to fields further to the south. He reported they are not taking anything from Cargill, but do bring in material from Heartland and Aujinomoto.	PAUL BRANDT
