7/30/2010	Called Rebecca Nott at Chamness and discussed complaint with her. Two activities going on that day were: still hauling out old wet compost and land applying WW to bean ground with an irrigation gun. Also talked to city clerk at Eddyville, as Allgood had stated they get odors in town too. She verified that they do. (and frm Cargill too)	PAUL BRANDT
