5/11/2017	On 5/10/17, I met Rick Carpenter, President/owner of Tri City Blacktop. Rick and I toured the concrete crushing operation and discussed his two air permits (one for the crusher and the other for the asphalt plant). See attached memo. No further action required as part of this complaint. I will however, keep an eye on this operation this summer to ensure the same precautions are being taken to control dust.	KURT LEVETZOW
