9/8/2009	Investigated on 8/25/09. Met with Dale Kane, Farm Manager. No obvious open dumping and no evidence of recent burial of solid wastes. Had a good discussion about open dumping and open burning. Recommended that all solid waste generated at this facility be hauled away and properly disposed of in a sanitary landfill.	DOUG HAWKER
