8/8/2014	On August 1, 2014, at approximatley 1330 hours, I investigated complaint. At the time of the investigation, I spoke with Daryl and Roger Eichelberger. Manure was not observed on the roadway of Independence Avenue. However, manure was removed from the dry-bedded confinment beef facility located at 2180 Independance Avenue, Muscatine, on July 21-23. The manure was transported and stockpiled in a field located in Section 2, Seventy-Six Township, Muscatine County. No violations were observed at the time of the investigation. However, the Eichelbergers were informed to be mindful of any amount of manure lost during transport. NFA required.	JOSH SOBASKI
