11/5/2018	10/30/2018 - Visited the area and observed some mud on the road and the field (bean stubble) that the manure was applied on was knifed in and done pretty good. At this time couldn't smell any odor coming from the field application. Happen to meet the complainant at this time and talked to him about my findings.	JEFF THEOBALD
