2/10/2016	I went to the site and found evidence that the manure in question was incorporated. The next day I called Roger Eslick who was involved in the application process. He verified that the manure was incorporated in the soil and that the manure in question did come from the Bills Family Farm facility. No further action required.	ADAM SHAFFER
