1/7/2019	I met with Greg and observed a flow path of manure leaving his facility and pooling in his field. Manure did not reach a water source but I told Mr. Koenen that this would need to be stopped prior to a discharge to a water of the state occuring. Greg immediately enlisted the services of a tiler and excavator who tiled around a small spring near the feedyards and this action seems to have stopped the flow of ground water through the feedyard. I recommended that Greg monitor this area closely in the future to this doesn't occur again.	DON CUNNINGHAM
