3/30/2018	I drove past the facility and did not see any dead animals. No one was on site so I called Mr. Rassmussen and he said that there had been a few deads piled on site a few weeks ago after his rendering company quit and he was in the process of getting another company lined up. He stated that he has a receptacle on site now and a new renderer lined up so it shouldn't be an issue in the future.	DON CUNNINGHAM
