4/18/2011	4/15/11 - Talk to Joe Fuller about the complaint. He said that there was a field near by the site that Ed Heishman had applied but his son and forgot to disc in the manure. It sat there all weekend until the following week before they disced it in. Joe was not happy with Ed about it and said it won't happen again.	JEFF THEOBALD
