10/27/2021	Drove to site in question. I found no violations of DNR laws. I tried to talk to complaintant and no one was home. I did not have a phone number to call. I had spoken with TJ from Poweshiek County Pullets on 10/25 and he confirmed it was manure from thier facility on the field in question. No violation noted.	JEFFREY THOMANN
