6/27/2012	The cows at the north barn were able to access the unroofed pen during my unannounced investigation. The dimensions for the barn is 30,000 sq ft and the unroofed pen is 5,000 sq ft. The unroofed pen exceeds the 10% regulation by 2,000 sq ft. I spoke with Jay (manager) about this complaint and he said the gates are always open for the cows to travel inside and outside and he is operating this facility as an open lot according to DNR regulations.
