10/30/2023	I traveled to the feedlot location on the afternoon of 6/2/23 to investigate the complaint. Starting at the small tributary east of the feedlot on K22, traveled south to the next three locations with a road crossing over Perry Creek. I did not observe any evidence of a manure discharge at any of these 4 locations. The water in the creek appeared clear and there was no odor of manure. Based on these observations, I closed the complaint with no further action planned.	DON CUNNINGHAM
