12/9/2019	Manure was discharging from the east and west buildings. Manure was flowing down the berm and into agricultural fields to the north. The manure dissipated in the fields and did not reach a water of the state. I contacted Darry and he will be getting the buildings pumped in the next couple days. I rechecked on Dec 4, and all discharges ahad stopped and buildings have been pumped.	DOYLE MCKEEVER
