3/18/2013	Jordison placed call to the Montgomery County Sheriffs office regarding the complaint that they had received from complainants mother, Shelly Jennings. The call was transferred to Deputy Moore who had investigated the complaint . Deputy Moore stated that the hose did not run to the creek but ended in the field. He stated that it appeared that the hose was used to fill up an applicator that was chiseling the manure in to the ground. Deputy Moore added that the only place that moisture was visible was at the end of the field at the turn around point which is also where the hose was laying. No further action will be taken regarding this complaint.	JERRY JORDISON
