3/2/2023	I spoke to Jerrod at 7:00 a.m. He was only able to apply one load due to the temperatures not freezing enough to make it a good scenario for application. Today they are going to pump from the concrete storage area to the basin. There were no manure spills.	KRISTI BURG
3/2/2023	Contacted Vic Heller, Manager, to see if there were any issues happening. She was not aware of any, but Jerrod Johannsen, CBT Farms, was on site preparing to pump and apply some manure. I contacted Jerrod, who stated that they were planning to pump manure after dark and ground conditions froze enough to inject manure. Jerrod was able to send several photos of what the facility looked like at that very moment. The lagoon had plenty of freeboard. The concrete containment area was full and that is where they were planning to pump from. Additionally, Jerrod submitted the paperwork to show that he has submitted his renewal paperwork for his application certification that expired 3/1/23.	KRISTI BURG
