4/9/2020	Spoke with Jason Decker who stated bedded pack manure from open lot was land applied and disked in shortly after land application. I concluded that land application occurred in accordance with regulations and called and discussed with Courtney. She thinks that the City may have rules or an ordinance prohibiting these actions within the City limits. I stated we do not enforce local ordinances. No further action necessary at this time.
