7/6/2017	Spoke with Jan Jelsma, owner. Jan said he renders deads and no longer uses the compost pile. What remains of the pile is not causing a runoff issue and will be land applied in the fall after crop removal. Jan also said he had a commodities building blow down in a storm and he has construction equipment onsite to remove the damaged building. Through discussion with Sue Miller and Jan Jelsma I determined that an onsite investigation was not warranted. No further action necessary.	BRIAN JERGENSON
