5/31/2013	5/16/2013 ~1045: I met with Larry Schott and investigated the complaint. The facility was applying manure to a field located south of Crooked Creek via an umbilical cord. The umbilical cord was passed under Old Hwy 218 at a culvert and passed over Crooked Creek by snaking the umbilical cord through an approximately 10-inch rigid pipe that stretched over Crooked Creek. No signs of a a release were identified either by visual inspection or by field testing of the water in Crooked Creek both upstream and downstream of the pipe crossing. See ROI for details.	JON RYK
