12/16/2022	On December 16, 2022, I visited the property and documented evidence of compost, that swine remnants were a part of, had been spread across the field. Most of the remnants I documented were within Code 105.6(8) to be lawfully spread; however, there were several instances of dead animals that were not fully decomposed but appear to have been under composting conditions. A letter is to be written to the property owner to reminder him/her to make sure all soft tissue is fully decomposed from their dead farm animals before removing them from composting and applying them to cropland.
