11/29/2016	On 11/23/16 at ~ 1400 hours, I investigated complaint. I observed the public thoroughfare (Oakcrest Hill Rd. SE) located to the east and front of the JB Schott facility located at 5465 Oakcrest Hill Rd. SE, Riverside. The roads and adjacent farm fields appeared normal with nothing unusual observed. Dan Curtis and Dean Schott with JB Schott farms communicated they land applied manure in mid November. It was communicated that some soil/mud from the adjacent field was tracked onto the road from land application equipment that was not leaking and was suitable for land application of manure. A contact number for the complainant could not be obtained. NFA required.	JOSH SOBASKI
