8/13/2013	I spoke with Dan Peterson on 8/13/13, the day the complaint was given to me. Brian was not in the office today. I told Dan about the complaint and he stated that they have not yet set up the concrete plant, they have only poured one pad so far. The trucks are from hauling manure to a stockpile location. They are hauling about 50 loads per day with their own trucks. I explained to him that this would be "unusual" truck traffic and they as a business should take responsibility and either put water or a more permanent dust control on the road, especially in front of residences. he stated that Ms. Johnson kept her windows and doors open as they don't have air conditioning and I told him that wasn't the issue, the issue is unusual/excessive truck traffic created by their business. Dan will decide what dust control measure to put down and take care of this in the next day. He will email me with a photo or written response to the action taken.	CINDY MARTENS
