8/20/2019	Contacted Woodbury County Engineer- Mark. 180th St. is treated. Buchannan Ave is below the county threshold (for traffic- threshold is 150 vehicles) for treatment. The county will allow the property owners on Buchanan to treat the road at their own expense. Mark will do another vehicle count on Buchanan to verify the traffic conditions and send me the data.
