6/22/2016	I called and spoke with Dan Peterson and he confirmed that they have been using liquid off of the top of the lagoon to spray on the gravel roads in the vicinity of the feedlot to control dust. I informed him that this was not acceptable and that he will need to use clean water only in his sprayer trucks to control dust.	DON CUNNINGHAM
