5/24/2016	Email reminder sent to the Peterson's on 5/18/16. I received a response later that day stating they would hire a dust control agency to apply magnesium chloride or other comparable products in front of homes during heavy road usage. Option 2 would be watering roads twice a day as needed or a combination of both.	CINDY MARTENS
5/16/2016	I spoke with Dan Peterson on 5/16/16. He stated that they were hauling manure last week and had unusually high traffic. He said it had rained a lot and he'd talked to the drivers about going slowly on the roads. He also felt that they kept the traffic to less than 10 trucks per hour. I told him that the complaints will continue as the season goes on and we need a POA submitted via email regarding what he and Brian decide to do to control dust on Buchanan and 180th Streets. 2 or 3 applications of dust suppressant are not too much to ask with such a large operation as theirs. It is beyond a regular farming operation with thousands of head of cattle and well over 1,000 acres for manure application. After some "discussion" he stated that he would talk to Brian and send me a POA via email in the next 2 days.	CINDY MARTENS
