8/17/2015	I spoke with Dan Peterson and he stated that at 1pm on 8/14/15 they started applying water to the road when the wind picked up and changed direction. They received 3 inches of rain today 8/17/15 so there is no dust problem. They will continue to monitor the truck traffic and dust and apply controls as needed. They are currently hauling manure from the clean out of their settling basins (prior to the rain).	CINDY MARTENS
