11/21/2019	I spoke with Jeff Wemark late in the afternoon and discussed he complaint. I asked that he go out to take a look to stay ahead of this since rain was in the forecast overnight. Wemark returned my call stating that the manure had been properly injected but some deep frost had come out of the ground resulting in some manure coming out of the ground and migrating through the field. Discharge off the field had not happened. Wemark further incorporated the manure into the area in question and deposited shredded corn stalks to prevent migration off the field. Wemark called back 11/21/19 to report a rain of 1" overnight but no manure left the field and things looked stable today. No further action necessary.	BRIAN JERGENSON
