4/11/2011	I visited the site on 4/4/2011 and met with Mr. Radloff. It was evident that previous manure controls were not effective. Mr. Radloff operates a 280 head open cattle feedlot with a pen immediately adjacent to the road ditch. He has previously added gutters and diversions. On 4/6/2011 ISU Ag Engineer Greg Brenneman and I met with Mr. Radloff at the feedlot. Mr. Radloff will install additional manure controls and abandon the pen adjecent to the road. Mr. Tim Yager, USFWS was provided the results of the investigation.	RICK MARTENS
